MagicPlan ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. By using MagicPlan, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Trip planning inputs — dates, party size, park preferences, resort type, ride and dining preferences, and any notes you enter into the planner
• Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or banking details
• Email address — if you provide one during checkout, used to deliver your plan and for support communications

Information collected automatically:

• Basic usage analytics — pages visited, buttons clicked, and general interaction patterns, collected in aggregate to understand how the product is used
• Device and browser type, general location (country/region level), and referring URL
• We use Vercel Analytics for this purpose, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized Disney World itinerary using the trip details you provide
• To process your payment through Stripe and deliver your plan
• To respond to support requests and purchase inquiries
• To improve the product — understanding which features are used and where people drop off
• To send transactional emails related to your purchase (plan delivery, receipts)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your trip planning inputs for advertising purposes.

3. AI Processing of Your Data

We also use Anthropic's web search capability to look up current Disney World information before generating your plan. This search does not include your personal details.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — AI plan generation and web search (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

We are not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company and do not share any data with them.

5. Data Retention

Trip planning inputs are used to generate your plan and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for plan delivery. Aggregate analytics data is retained to understand usage trends. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Cookies

MagicPlan does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics, which we use for usage data, is cookieless and does not track individuals across websites. We may use minimal functional cookies necessary for the site to operate (such as remembering your session).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Children's Privacy

MagicPlan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of MagicPlan after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
