Terms of Service

Welcome to MagicPlan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MagicPlan website and services (the "Service"), operated by MagicPlan ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What MagicPlan Is
MagicPlan is an independent, AI-powered trip planning tool that generates personalized itineraries for Walt Disney World Resort vacations. Plans are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) combined with web search for current information at the time of generation.
2. Nature of the Content — Please Read
All itineraries, recommendations, and reference materials generated by MagicPlan are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended as a planning guide and starting point only — not as guaranteed, official, or fully verified information.
Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Ride availability, show schedules, park hours, wait times, and pricing change frequently and without notice, including after your plan is generated.
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors, despite our use of live web search before each generation.
- You are solely responsible for verifying all details — including ride status, show times, dining reservations, ticket requirements, and pricing — using official sources such as the My Disney Experience app before and during your trip.
- MagicPlan does not book reservations, purchase tickets, or reserve Lightning Lane passes on your behalf. All bookings must be made directly through official Disney channels.
3. Purchases and Payment
MagicPlan offers one-time purchase plans at three tiers (Basic, Complete, and Full Bundle), as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; MagicPlan does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Each purchase entitles you to one (1) generated itinerary at the tier purchased, delivered digitally. Plans are generated based on the information you provide and are not regenerated automatically if your trip details change after purchase.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your generated plan, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at the support email below. We will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer a regeneration of your plan or a full or partial refund. Refund requests made after 24 hours, or based solely on Disney-side changes made after your plan was generated, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying prompts, models, or systems behind the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content generated by MagicPlan without our written permission
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service or generate plans at scale
- Attempt to circumvent payment for any tier of service
6. Intellectual Property
The MagicPlan name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of MagicPlan. The personalized itinerary generated for your specific purchase is yours to use, print, and reference for your personal trip planning. You may not resell or republish generated content as your own commercial product.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT AT THE TIME YOU USE IT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGICPLAN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF VACATION TIME, TRAVEL EXPENSES, DISAPPOINTMENT, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON GENERATED ITINERARY CONTENT, INCLUDING INACCURACIES IN RIDE STATUS, SHOW TIMES, OR OTHER PARK INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PLAN GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which MagicPlan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
