Welcome to Enchanted Plan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enchanted Plan website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What Enchanted Plan Is

Enchanted Plan is an independent, AI-assisted vacation planning tool that generates personalized guides for Walt Disney World Resort vacations. Plans are generated using artificial intelligence combined with web search for current information at the time of generation.

2. Nature of the Content — Please Read

All itineraries, recommendations, and reference materials generated by Enchanted Plan are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are intended as a planning guide and starting point only — not as guaranteed, official, or fully verified information.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ride availability, show schedules, park hours, wait times, and pricing change frequently and without notice.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors, despite our use of live web search before each generation.
• You are solely responsible for verifying all details using official sources such as the My Disney Experience app before and during your trip.
• Enchanted Plan does not book reservations, purchase tickets, or reserve Lightning Lane passes on your behalf.

3. Purchases and Payment

Enchanted Plan offers one-time purchase plans at three tiers (Basic, Complete, and Full Bundle), as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; Enchanted Plan does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Each purchase entitles you to one (1) generated guide at the tier purchased, delivered digitally.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your generated guide, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at the support email below. We will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer a regeneration or a full or partial refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the underlying systems
• Resell or redistribute content generated by Enchanted Plan without written permission
• Use automated means to access the Service or generate guides at scale
• Attempt to circumvent payment for any tier of service

6. Intellectual Property

The Enchanted Plan name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of Enchanted Plan. The personalized guide generated for your specific purchase is yours to use, print, and reference for your personal trip planning.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT AT THE TIME YOU USE IT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENCHANTED PLAN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF VACATION TIME, TRAVEL EXPENSES, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON GENERATED GUIDE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PLAN GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Enchanted Plan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
